Islamabad: The Supreme Court on Friday issued its interim order in Balochistan law and order case, summoning defence and interior secretaries.
A three-judge bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry resumed hearing into the case and also issued summons to FC Commandant Dera Bugt.
The CJ annoyed over the absence of defence secretary. He remarked that incidents of kidnapping for ransom were continued and the situation was not improving in the province. He said target killing was continued and people were still being disappeared.
The secretary prayed to the court that time be granted for better results.
