South Africa who won 2nd ODI by 80 runs lost 3rd and 4th ODI against the hosts. The visitors must have to win the match to level the series 2-2 as first ODI was abandoned due to rain.
On the other hand the hosts, leading the series 2-1, will try to win the match and series to go into upcoming challenges of the World T20 and the Test tour to India with confidence.
