Lahore: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Tuesday announced 14-member women squad for the World T20 championship which schedule to be held in Sri Lanka next month.
According to the PCB, Right hand leg spinner Sana Mir will lead the squad while Fatima Abidi will be the vice captain.
Cricket lovers are expecting better results from the green shirts as the team has recently beat Bangladesh by 4 wickets to win the tri-nation cricket tournament in Ireland.
Pakistani squad:
Sana Mir (C), Syeda Nain Fatima Abidi (VC), Bismah Maroof, Javeria Wadood, Nida Dar, Marina Iqbal, Syeda Batool Fatima (WK), Qanita Jalil, Asmavia Iqbal Khokar, Sumaiya Siddiqi, Elizabath Barkat, Sadia Yusaf, Nahida Bibi and Javeria Rauf.
