Islamabad: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader and Senator Aitzaz Ahsan has said that the government will not adopt ‘middle way’ to write letter to Swiss officials against their President.
Talking to media in federal capital on Tuesday, Ahsan said that the judiciary could adopt any middle way in the issue but not the government.
He said that the current prime minister could also be disqualified for not writing letter, adding that the judiciary should review its direction to write letter against the country’s president.
The senator said that the mistakes could be done by the judiciary as the judges are the humans. He added that the judiciary is independent and the chief justice and other judges have given many sacrifices for the independence of the judiciary.
