London: Russia’s Surgey Kirdyapkin wins gold medal in Men’s 50 kilometer walk with China’s Tianfeng clinches bronze.
According to London 2012 official Twitter account, Sergey Kirdyapkin of Russia powered his way to gold in an Olympic Record time of 3:35:59 in the 50km Race Walk
The sweat making walk made most of the walkers exhausted as they reached the finish line. Australia’s Jare Tallent managed to get the second spot with his personal best record in 50 km walk.
