Islamabad: Pakistan’s Interior Minister Rehman Malik on Thursday termed the migration of Hindu community to India as a great conspiracy against Pakistan.
Several families of Pakistan’s Hindu community on Wednesday decided to migrate to neighbouring country India, because of forced conversions, extortion and kidnapping for ransom.
Talking to media representatives in Islamabad, Malik said that almost 250 people, belonging to Jacobabad, were barred from migrating to India.
“The families will only be allowed to travel to India after complete satisfaction,” the minister said adding that the minorities were not allowed to leave the country without the permission of Interior ministry.
Responding to the issuance of 250 visas from Indian embassy, Malik said that the ministry would investigate regarding the matter and soon the facts would be revealed.
“I ask Indian High Commission that how they have issued 250 visas so immediately,” Malik said adding that it’s a conspiracy.
Reacting to a question about judiciary, Malik said that PPP reinstated the deposed judges so how it is possible that PPP would hatch up any conspiracy against them.
Malik further replied to Chaudhry Nisar’s allegations and said that Nisar should not place the burden on his shoulder and if the PML-N leader was annoyed with Imran Khan than he should take him to the court.
