Rawalpindi: The Anti Corruption Court (ACC) of Rawalpindi on Monday declared Malik Raiz, the real estate tycoon, along with 8 others proclaimed absconders in land corruption case.
The ACC Judge Chaudhry Amir Mohammad Khan — while hearing a 1400 canal in land corruption case filed in 2005 — declared nine accused including Riaz proclaimed absconders and sought the details of their personal land.
The court had issued his arrest warrants for two times and directed the police to arrest the accused and produce them before the court on July 23.
