Islamabad: Dr.Arsalan Iftikhar has said has not received a notice from the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to appear in front of joint probe team.
Speaking to media Dr. Arsalan said he was waiting for NAB’s notice. He added that he did not have faith in the investigation team and would also inform them of this.
Dr. Arsalan, a son of Supreme Court Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, has been summoned to appear before NAB on 26 July.
NAB had summoned Dr. Arsalan, Salman Ahmed and Ahmed Khalil to record their statement.
Salman Ahmed, son-in-law of Bahria Town owner Malik Riaz, informed the investigation team that his life was in danger in Pakistan and requested that his statement be recorded in London. A spokesman for NAB said the team was ready to travel to London and record Salman Ahmed’s statement.
