Lahore: At least two militants, belonging to banned outfit Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), were arrested on Monday after the police raided at a house in Shahdra area of Lahore.
Police officials said that the militants wanted to attack government installations in Kot Radha Kishan, a town of Kasur district.
“The militants have been identified as Tariq and Zia-ur-Rehman,” the official said.
“The police apprehended the terrorists by tracing their phone calls,” he said adding that explosives and other weaponry were also taken in the custody.
