London: Pakistan’s President Asif Ali Zardari on Friday met Muttahida Qaumi Movement Chief Altaf Hussain in London and discussed issues regarding the political situation of the country.
The both leaders discussed the matters relating to PPP led coalition government and law and order situation in the Karachi, a metropolitan of Pakistan.
President Zardari thanked the MQM Chief for supporting the PPP candidate Raja Pervez Ashraf in the recent election for the new prime minister in the country.
The leaders also agreed to work jointly for the lasting peace and stability of the democracy in the country.
