Islamabad: The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Friday issued notices to Hussain Haqqani, former Pakistani ambassador to US, Mansoor Ijaz, American businessman, and others in memo case and said that the case will be heard on July 12.
A nine member bench of the apex court headed by the Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry will hear the case.
The commission, set up by the apex court to probe the memo case, had submitted its report to the court, revealing that Hussain Haqqani was behind the memo.
