Islamabad: Pakistan’s Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani called on President Asif Ali Zardari at the presidency, here on Tuesday.
Both the leaders discussed current political and law and order situation of the country during the meeting.
The president briefed the prime minister about his meeting on Karachi’s law and order situation on Monday. Situation in Balochistan was also discussed.
Issues relating to the power crisis in the country and the measures taken thus far to redress the situation were also came under discussion.
The both executives also discussed forthcoming budget session of the parliament.
The president also briefed the premier about his visit to Chicago to attend Nato summit.
