Karachi: Sindh Professors and Lecturers Association (SPLA) has ended the boycott of Intermediate exams and the examinations would now hold according to the schedule.
Talking to media Controller of Examinations Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi Imran Chishti said that SPLA has ended their boycott of Intermediate exams and now the exams would be taken according to the schedule.
“The decision was made after the assurances from commissioner of Karachi,” he added.
Earlier on Monday, some unidentified students tortured Professor Waseem Adil, Principal of Government National College, Karachi, when he tried to stop students from cheating in the annual examinations.
Police has registered a case against 10 identified and 15 unidentified people.
