Islamabad: Pakistan’s Foreign Affairs Spokesperson Moazzam. A. Khan on Sunday condemned United States (US) drone strike in Miranshah, a tribal area of Pakistan bordering Afghanistan.
At least three people were killed and several others injured as a US drone fired missiles on a house in North Waziristan.
Giving a press briefing to media at Foeign office Khan said that Pakistan condemns US drone strikes with in the territory of Pakistan and such attacks would not help the cause of fighting against terrorism.
The FO spokesperson further said that the missile attacks are creating hindrances in the war against terror as they were increasing sympathies for militants.
Earlier Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaaf Chairman Imran Khan also condemned the attacks.
