Islamabad: The government has filed a review petition in the Supreme Court against its orders in rental power case.
The apex court had declared all the rental power projects illegal and directed the government to take action against those involved in corruption, beside putting the name of Raja Pervez Ashraf, former Water and Power Minister, on Exit Control List (ECL) .
The petition was filed by Water and Power Ministry through its lawyer Khuwaja Tariq Rahim on Wednesday.
