Islamabad: Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has said that his party would strongly oppose the resumption of Nato supplies from Pakistan.
Speaking to media on Friday, the Maulana said dispelled the notion that Nato supplies were no mentioned in the recommendation prepared by the Parliamentary Committee on National Security (PCNS). He said that after the approval of the recommendations government would not be able to reopen the Nato supplies even through administrative orders.
The JUI-F chief said that strategic partnership with the US had been ended and all the non-written agreements had been abolished.
He said that new foreign policy would be formed following the approval of new outlines by the parliament.
Fazlur Rehman said that the government could sign new agreements with the United States under new policy.
