Washington: Unite States (US) State Department Spokesperson Victoria Nuland on Friday claimed that US has not found any network in Pakistan who was supporting late al-Qaida Chief Osama Bin Laden.
Giving a press briefing at State department Nuland said that there were no reports regarding any militant network which helped the al-Qaida chief.
“Pakistani officials have not lied regarding Osama,” she added.
It is to be mentioned here that US Navy seals carried out an operation against al-Qaida Chief Osama Bin Laden in Abbotabad, Pakistan’s city of KhyberPakhtunkhua province, which raised suspicions regarding a supportive network of the chief who helped him to stay in Pakistan.
