Dushanbe: President Asif Ali Zardari has said that Pakistan is playing vital role in Afghanistan’s development despite limited resources.
Speaking at a regional conference on Afghanistan on Monday, the president said that the war in Afghanistan has affected whole the region and it was time for regional cooperation and joint work.
He said that situation in the war-torn country could be improved with regional cooperation and member of the Economic Development Council must focus on it.
President Zardari said that Pakistan was giving scholarships to Afghan students.
