Gujrat: At least four policemen were killed when unidentified men opened fire on a check post in Gujrat, city of Pakistan’s Punjab province, sources said on Tuesday.
The sources said that the unidentified men opened fire on the check post when policemen tried to stop them.
“The militants threw hand grenade on the check post and killed four policemen,” DPO Gujrat added.
The bodies of the deceased were shifted to a local hospital. Police has started search operation to find out the culprits.
