Rawalpindi: At least four people including two Italians and as many Pakistani women were arrested by police for taking pictures of sensitive places in Rawalpindi a city where Pakistan’s military is headquartered.
The District Police Officer (DPO) Dr Akhter Abbas said that the four people including two foreigners were released after thorough investigation.
Abbas said that foreigners and two Pakistani women accompanying them were arrested from Chandni Chowk area of the city for taking snap shots of sensitive installations.
He said that the foreigners belonged to an NGO and were released after verification of their credentials.
