Islamabad: A two member bench of the apex court on Monday resumed hearing in spurious drug casualties’ case and Young Doctors Association (YDA) strike.
The bench was headed by Justice Tassudduq Hussain Jailani. Representatives of YDA appeared before the court. Justice Saqib Nisar remarked how doctors could go on strike as it was sacred profession. He said that it was the matter of basic human rights and the court was the guarantor such rights. “Just think if your children were denied medical treatment what would be your feeling,”
