Dubai: After the humiliating 3-0 defeat from Pakistan in Test series the English selectors had announced the One day international and T-20 team for four One day’s and Three T-20’s here on Tuesday.
According to media reports Stuart Broad was nominated as the captain of England’s Twenty20 side that will be looking to retain their World Twenty20 title in Sri Lanka in September with Alaister Cook heading the One day International’s.
Tim Bresnan, Jos Buttler and Danny Briggs have been named in England’s limited-overs squads to face Pakistan in the UAE. The three players have been included in the squad that will play four ODIs and three Twenty20 internationals.
While the Nottinghamshire batsman Alex Hales will join the squad for the Twenty20 leg of the tour, with Ian Bell and Andrew Strauss returning to England.

England will warm-up for the series by taking on England Lions on Friday, before the ODI series begins in Abu Dhabi on February 13.
