Washington: Hacker group Anonymous released a recording of a sensitive conference call between the FBI and Scotland Yard on Friday.
The audio of the nearly 17-minute conference call was posted on YouTube along with an e-mail invitation from a Federal Bureau of Investigation agent setting up the call for January 17.
The first six minutes of the call is just chatter. After that, they appear to start talking about hackers.
Over the course of the call, a number of cases are discussed, including those of the SOCA DDoS attacker Ryan Cleary and the alleged ‘Face of Lulzsec’ Jake Davis, intelligence is shared and arrests are coordinated to avoid spooking other targets.
The call was apparently recorded after an email entitled ‘Anon-Lulz International Coordination Call’ giving login details of the conference was intercepted prior to the event.
