Islamabad: A fresh survey carried out by Gallup Pakistan discovered that 40% of Pakistanis has said that their current profession was chosen by their parents.
A nationally representative sample of men and women from across the four provinces was asked “Who made the choice about your current profession (or the one you intent to have in future), you or your parents?”
Responding to this 54% claim that they have chosen their profession on their own liking as compared to this 40% claim that they have chosen it because of their parents liking. However 6% did not give a view.
