Islamabad: Ahmed Raza Kasuri, whose father’s assassination case led to Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto’s execution, has submitted his reply in the Supreme Court of Pakistan with regard to Bhutto case.
Kasuri in his reply to the court said that Bhutto case could not be reopened and the court had no authority to do so.
He alleged that Bhutto’s grandfather had also committed a murder and take refuge in Punjab, changing his name as Bial Singh.
It is to mention here that President Asif Ali Zardari had sent a reference to the Supreme Court of Pakistan, seeking revisit of the apex court’s order in the Bhutto case.
