Karachi: Microsoft Pakistan has launched Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) Labs in Karachi with an investment of nearly one million dollars with an aim to provide hand-on experience to entrepreneurs and professionals with company’s products and applications.
The lab has been specially designed for hands-on environment where business and IT decision makers test drive Microsoft technologies including top of the line Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync, Project, Visio, Windows Phone, Dynamics CRM and System Center.
Microsoft believes that business whether small and large need the right platform and tool to optimize productivity and attain maximum output from their workforce, hence, the lab offers the opportunity for users to experience first-hand of how Microsoft technologies can help them communicate, collaborate, create and manage information more efficiently within their organization, said Kamal Ahmed Country Manger Microsoft Pakistan.
He said the lab will help bridge the divide between Pakistan and developed countries through availability of all technologies they can adopt and compete in the global market.
People will experience all those technologies which are adoptable to their businesses as per need basis and affordability so they can be enabled with all these trends which are popular in the world, Kamal added.
He said the Microsoft has been aggressively working to reach 1.2 million of students getting higher education in different discipline, in this regard, the global software giant will take onboard 73 universities to educate technology within six months.
With rising trend of technology enablement, it has become indispensible for Microsoft to facilitate IT firms, which is increasingly plays a vital role in helping Pakistani organizations to become competitive globally.
