Islamabad: Pakistan Interior Minister Rahman Malik has warned that unregistered Madrassas would be demolished in the country after January 1.
Talking to media in Islamabad on Monday, Malik directed the administration of Madrassas to register their institution before the deadline.
He said that there were 3,000 unregistered Madrassas in the country and added that 20 unregistered Madrassas exist in the capital only.
Malik said that Madrassas were performing good job in Pakistan.
