Manila: The death toll from tropical storm in across the southern Philippines has rising to 180, media reports said on Saturday.
Officials said the storm caused widespread flash floods in parts of country.They said that 400 people were missing
Military spokesman Colonel Leopoldo Galon said they had found 71 bodies in Cagayan de Oro, a major port on Mindanao island, while the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said 48 people were killed elsewhere on the island.
