Karachi: Students, who have taken degrees of BS in the relevant subjects staged protest during the Convocation Ceremony 2011 against the neglecting by the administration.
According to The News Tribe correspondent, students said that gold medals were not conferred on the students who had been enrolled under the four-year BS programme.
“Gold medals were conferred on those students who got enrolled themselves directly in MS programme despite obtaining 65% marks,” one of the student who took 90% marks told the correspondent.
Senior Minister Sindh, Pir Mazhar-ul-Haq has said during his address that he will conferred one gold medal to one of the BS student and ordered to the administration to take necessary measures against the complaints.
