Maleeha Lodhi may join PTI

Islamabad: Pakistan former Ambassador to US and renowned analyst Dr Maleeha Lodhi might be next entrant in Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). Sources said that Dr Lodhi might announce her joining of PTI within next few days.  

According to media report, Imran Khan has contacted Dr Lodhi few days ago and invited her to join PTI. The reports said that she was also assured of some high profile job in the event the PTI came into power. She gave her consent to join PTI, it added.

Maleeha Lodhi was Pakistan Ambassador to US and Pakistan’s High Commissioner in UK during Musharraf’s regime. She is known for toeing military establishment line and has been very close to establishment.
