Faisalabad: Millat Town Police Station on Tuesday registered a case of Kallar Kahar tragedy against seven accused including owner of Millat School after two and half months.
According to local sources, the police have registered a case of the incident against Fareeda Shafique, owner of the school, Saeed and Ghayas Uddin, motor vehicle examiners, Secretary RTA motorway administration, FDA administration and Shabbir Asif, who sold that bus after converting from truck.
In the tragedy, 34 students of Millat School Faisalabad were killed when an overcapacity bus plunged into a ditch as a result of a break failure at Kallar Kahar on the way back from a field trip.
