Peshawar: Khyber Pakhtunkhawa Governor Barrister Masood Kauser has termed the Nato airstrike on a military check-post in Mohmand tribal region as attack on Pakistan’s sovereignty.
Reacting over the Nato attack, the governor, a brother of famous Pakistan’s legendary poet Ahmed Faraz, said that such attacks would not be tolerated in the future.
He urged the government to raise the issue at the highest level.
At least 25 Pakistani troops were killed and 15 others injured in pre-dawn Nato attack that took place in Mohmand Agency near Afghan border.
