Islamabad: The Chairman of National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Admiral (Retd) Fasih Bukhari has ordered probe against the officials of Pakistan Railways involved in corruption.
A high-level team has been tasked to carry out inquiry. The inquiry will determine the amount embezzled and the extent of responsibility of the Railway officials as well as others.
Moreover, the NAB Chairman has asked for the transfer of proceedings pertaining to Pakistan Railways pending with FIA to NAB.
