Islamabad: Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry on Friday said special bench would be formed for hearing of the National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) scam case.
The CJ said this during the hearing of the NICL case.
He said that the commission formed for investigation of bogus accounts under the supervision of Justice Ghulam Rabbani could not complete its work as Rabbani retired from his office before completion of the case.
The CJ said that special bench would be formed on November 14 which would hear the NICL case.
