London: Mohammad Amir, one of the three convicted Pakistani cricketers, who has been jailed for six months in spot fixing scandal on Thursday morning by a London court, has said that he knows a lot about fixing but will reveal all the things at an appropriate time.
Talking to media after the court’s decision, Mohammad Amir said that former Test captain Salman Butt and Mohammad Asif desecrated him in the court during the whole proceeding.
He said that he has enough material to disclose things about Butt and Asif’s fixing but “my legal team abided me from passing any comments.”
Amir made a passionate apology to the Pakistani nation over his involvement in the spot-fixing case.
He said that if he knew the result of the crime he would never did the mistake.
Amir also said that Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) did not brief about match fixing and corruption.
