Karachi: The legal battle between World-of-Trade and Trade-key has not been ended up as it took another twist which seems that the two rival companies’ will continue to fight in future.
Trade-key has filed a damage law suit against world-of-trade.com and its CEO Faisal Qayuum in Sindh High Court Karachi after withdrawing its two suits from lowers courts, a press statement with legal documents received Telecom Recorder said.
The suit has claimed millions of rupees damages against Faisal Qayyum and world of trade.com.
The website owner Faisal Qayyum once employed in Trade-Key for 3-4 months was accused of adopting all wrongful business activities to run his website including violating contract, NDA and misusing the name of Trade-Key by falsely representing himself co-founder and sister company of Trade-Key in china through his agents whereby causing damages to the brand of tradekey.com.
Trade-Key was declared as fastest 500 growing companies of Asia and best marketplace award by pasha with 5.5 million customers all over the world.
The owner of worldoftrade.com tried to use Trade-Key information and identity of Trade-Key to run his website by marketing himself falsely through his agents as co-founder and Sister Company of Trade-Key to enter into china market and attract Trade-Key customers.
Stories like such are sad part of Pakistan corporate world and raise concerns for foreign investors whether to invest in Pakistan due to no value for law and no ethical values.
