Islamabad: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan has said that all the stakeholders, including Pakistan Army were taken on board regarding the issue of giving MFN status to India.
Talking to media after the cabinet meeting, the minister said that, trade relations with India and the decision to declare India as most favourite nation would not affect Kashmir cause. She added that Pakistan would benefit from the step as up to $800 million could be earned through the bilateral trade.
The minister said that the parliament would give final approval in this regard.
