Dubai: President of International Cricket Council (ICC) Haroon Logart expressed satisfaction over the London’s court decision against two Pakistan players in which the duo were found guilty of spot fixing and cheating.
Addressing a press conference in Dubai, he said that the decision boost morale of International Cricket Council because the decision matches ICC’s body decision.
The Indian national ICC president said that it is very tough time for international cricket but ICC bodies are closely observing the spot-fixing issue very closely.
He also said that ICC would not show tolerance in spot fixing case if anyone found involved in it.
Logart also said that solid efforts would be made to safe international cricket from corruption. He could not further comment over the issue unless the jury released it detailed decision.
