Lahore: Inspector General Punjab Police Shaukat Jawed has announced new strategy for police to curb violent protests against inaccuracies in computerized results of Intermediate First Year.
In a statement issued here , the IG ordered the police to deploy heavy contingent in educational boards across the province.
“Entry of common people must be minimized in all the boards” , he added.
It is to be mentioned here that protest demonstrations were held in different cities of Punjab, including Faisalabad, Lahore, Rahim Yar Khan, Tobatake Singh and Multan.
