Islamabad: Awami Muslim League (AML) President Sheikh Rashid Ahmed on Friday announced that AML would stage a sit-in at Lahore Railway station on Saturday to protest against corruption and mismanagement in Pakistan Railways.
Talking to media here , Sheikh Rashid demanded that the names of top railway officials should be included in Exit Control List (ECL). He alleged that the officials were destroying Railways’ infrastructure. He further alleged that Railways’ oil was being sold in open market.
He said that Railways had no locomotives to run trains between Lahore and Karachi.
To a question, Sheikh said that his party would stand by Nawaz Sharif if he face any difficult time.
