Islamabad: Federal Minister for Petroleum Dr Asim Hussain has opposed the cabinet’s proposal for two weekly offs to overcome the energy crisis in the country.
The federal cabinet, which met here with Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani in the chair, discussed a number of proposals ranging from two weekly offs to early closure of markets and marriage halls to overcome the energy crisis.
Talking to media after the meeting, Hussain said that the two weekly off s is not feasible as it would affect productivity.
