Peshawar: Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) Commander Moulvi Faqeer Mohammad has said that they can contact directly with Islamabad and there is no need of any mediator for the talks.
Talking to a private Pakistani television Express News from any an unknown location on Monday, he said that TTP is ready for peace talks with the Pakistani government.
But the TTP leader opposed to include information minister, Khyber Pakhtoonkhawa (KPK), Mian Iftikhar Ahmed in the discussion because he (Mian Iftikhar) accuses the tehreek of involving in terror activities in KPK and other parts of Pakistan.
Moulvi Faqeer went on to say that Pakistan was an Islamic republic and Shariah should be implemented in the country.
