Mumbai: Former Pakistani speed star Shoaib Akther has said that little master Sachin Tendulkar was Indian Baghwan not mine.
Shoaib Akther, who was now-a-day in India for launching his biography Controversially Yours, has said that he would not ask pardon from Indian cricketers Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid and Indian nations could not make the issue ego as they considered themselves a democratic nation. He said who India board was to order me to ask pardon from these two batsmen.
Akhtar, 36, claimed Tendulkar and Dravid, two of the world’s top Test batsmen, played for their own records and rarely won matches for India.
“I can’t recall a series from Tendulkar’s earlier playing days when he helped win matches. He might have had more runs and records but he lacked the ability to finish a game,” he wrote.
