Karachi: Mobilink Foundation continued its support for the underprivileged and special children of Pakistan by reaching out to over 100 special children with gifts of stationary and other essential school items. A team of Mobilink Torchbearers distributed packs containing games, lunch boxes, coloring books, crayons, candy bags and stationary items amongst special children at the Green Land School.
Director Public Relations and CSR of Mobilink, Omar Manzur said that we understand the importance of such initiatives for children with special needs and will continue to support these and similar activities that provide such children with some joy and excitement.
He said these school supplies will also serve as useful aids in helping these children with their everyday school activities.
The Mobilink Foundation has long served the needs of education for deserving children in Pakistan. The Foundation recently donated 1,000 school bags made from recycled advertising material to the Sindh Education Foundation.
Past support activities among others include funding the white wash and paint of Aabroo Welfare School, Lahore and a donation to the Pakistan Association of Blind School Hyderabad.
