Karachi: Pakistan Rangers Sindh on Friday continued its search operation and held at least 60 suspects in different parts of Karachi.
According to details, the paramilitary force launched search operation in Pak Colony, Raxer and Bara Board areas. Rangers spokesman said that 60 people had been arrested in the action.
The Sindh government on Thursday gave special powers to the Rangers for three month, according to which, they could arrest, search and shoot.
Police and Rangers have been conducting search operations in different parts of Karachi in the wake of unabated targeted killings in the city.
