Lahore: The secret agencies have unveiled a conspiracy to assassinate Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif and warned that strict security arrangements be made for his security, a private television reported on Thursday.
According to a correspondence, communicated to the authorities in Punjab and a copy which available with the TV, Babar Butt, a resident of Shalamar area of Lahore hatched a conspiracy to kill Shahbaz. According to the TV report Babar trained five people to accomplished the job.
According to sources the alleged mastermind left for Duabi on July 22 from where he would leave for London.
Punjab chief minister also left for London on Thursday apparently after the secret agencies disclosed the plan .
