London: Muttahida Qaumi Movement Chief Altaf Hussain has assured that MQM would play its due role by sitting in opposition.
The MQM Chief on Friday said that his party would not only welcome positive measures of government but also provide its full cooperation.
Altaf Hussain appreciated the positive steps of President House regarding Senior Sindh Minister Dr Zulfiqar Ali Mirza.
Altaf Hussain said that MQM would support every positive measure of the government which would help strengthening democracy, elimination of extremism and economic stability.
Earlier, Deputy Convener MQM’s Rabita Committee once again made it clear that his party has no intention to revert its decision for joining the PPP-led government back.
He also said that recently resigned governor Ishratul Ebad Khan was not taking the charge of governorship again.
