Tehran: Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi says Iran is finding a new mechanism to solve the nuclear issue.
Speaking at a press conference after his meeting with Austrian Vice Chancellor and Foreign Minister Michael Spindelegger, he said Iran was willing to cooperate with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to resolve the Iran nuclear issue.
Salehi said Iran was ready to clarify all unsolved questions of the UN watchdog under a new framework and step by step.
Spindelegger acknowledged that they still had different views on the nuclear issue and Iranian “human rights,” calling for Iran to take effective measures to overcome the stagnation of talks.
The Iranian foreign minister also met IAEA chief Amano at the agency’s headquarters in Vienna on Tuesday morning.
