Islamabad: The Supreme Court on Monday summoned Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah on July 7.
SC judge Justice Javed Iqbal was hearing a suo motu notice, taken on the plea filed by the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) senior leader Babar Awan in Human Rights Cell of the apex court. The SC issued notice to Rana Sanaullah during the hearing during which Awan was also present.
Babar Awan moved the SC against Punjab law minister who allegedly declared him Waibul Qatal (liable to be killed).
