Peshawar: Awami National Party (ANP)’s senator Haji Adeel has said that law and order situation in Swat was better than Karachi. Talking to media in Peshawar on Sunday he said he did not felt fear in Swat but was scared of visiting Karachi.
He said that the ANP wanted peace in Karachi and all the decisions taken for the sake of people’s interest should be implemented. He added that the MQM, PPP and ANP has agreed to remove flags and banners in the city.
Adeel said population of Karachi was incraseing and the city should be divided in six districts.He claimed that Khyber Pukhtunkha province was able to produce 44,000 megawatt electricity.
The ANP leader said local government system in Punjab, Balochistan and KP has been restored, adding that the system should be restored in Sindh.
